Ladun Investment assigns portfolio management to Jadwa Investment

Ladun Investment Co. board of directors approved today, Nov. 9, the agreement to manage its investment portfolio in financial securities worth over SAR 150 million by Jadwa Investment Company.

 

The decision was made to diversify the company's investments and income as well as to comply with the Capital Market Authority's requirements.

 

The company’s core activities include purchasing and selling land plots and properties, off-plan sales, and managing and leasing owned or leased residential or non-residential properties.

 

Ladun also develops residential and commercial buildings using state-of-the-art construction methods, according to Argaam's data.
