Wataniya Insurance: New Reinsurance to sell entire stake in Wataniya (5%) to E A Juffali & Brothers

Wataniya Insurance Co.’s board of directors accepted on Dec. 1 the resignation of Hatim Barajash, effective the same day.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said the resignation was submitted for personal reasons.
