Salama gets SAMA approval on comprehensive motor insurance product

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved the formation of the audit committee for the three-year term, which started on Feb. 8, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nod was given at the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Feb. 8.

 

The committee is chaired by Mohammad Taha Al Safi, with Mater Saud Alenazi and  Ayed Matar Algithami, as members.
