2P signs SAR 43.9 mln contract with Al Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) inked today, Feb.9, a SAR 43.92 million contract (inclusive of value-added tax) for the maintenance and operation of information technology (IT) at Al Noor Specialist Hospital in Makkah (General Directorate of Health Affairs in Makkah).

In a statement to Tadawul, 2P said that, under the deal, it will maintain and operate IT services at the hospital, so as the latter can provide medical services in line with the best international practices. The project will run for 60 months.

Scope of work includes managing, operating and developing the hospital’s information system and website, as well as databases, telecommunication systems and central network. It also covers APEX e-services and mobile applications.

The contract will likely have a positive financial impact on 2P’s financial statements for the years 2023- 2027.

The contract included no related parties, the statement added.
