Tadawul sees SSF transactions on Maaden, Al Rajhi Bank

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) witnessed transactions on the single stock futures (SSFs) of Maaden and Al Rajhi Bank today, Feb. 13.

The transactions were executed on 50 contracts of Maaden and 100 contracts of Al Rajhi Bank.

On July 4, 2022, Tadawul launched SSF contracts, which will be cleared by the Securities Clearing Center Co. (Muqassa).

The SSF is an agreement where the buyer and seller complete a transaction at a specified date in the future. The SSF value is based on the value of underlying shares (underlying asset). These contracts are settled in cash.
