Saudi Reinsurance Company (Saudi Re) announces the start date of the electronic voting on the items of the Extra Ordinary General Assembly Meeting

In reference to the Saudi Reinsurance Company announcement on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website dated 26/01/2023 corresponding to 04/07/1444H regarding the invitation of its shareholders to participate attend the Extra Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First meeting) which will be held virtually through means of modern technology scheduled at 19:30 on Sunday 28/07/1444 H corresponding to 19/02/2023.

The Board of Directors of Saudi Reinsurance Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the electronic voting will be available for shareholders registered in the (Tadawulaty) services website, starting from 1 am on Wednesday 24/07/1444H corresponding to 15/02/2023 and will continue until the end of the General Assembly on Sunday 28/07/1444 H corresponding to 19/02/2023. Noting that the registration on the Tadawulaty Services website is Available on the link www.tadawulaty.com.sa and voting is available free of charge to all contributors.
