Wafrah appoints Saad Al-Otaibi as Chairman, Miqaad Al-Otaibi Managing Director

Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s board of directors appointed, on March 5, Saad Al-Otaibi as Chairman.

 

The board named Mohamed Al-Mukhadhab as Deputy Chairman and Miqaad Al-Otaibi as Managing Director, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In addition, the executive committee was restructured, with Saad Al-Otaibi named committee chairman.

 

Other committee members are Mohamed Al-Mukhadhab, Miqaad Al-Otaibi and Iyad Al-Bunyan.
