HADAF launches new strategy and identity

Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) launched, on March 13, its new strategy and identity under the slogan of “Partnership and Empowerment”.

The fund explained that the strategy was built to respond to the changes and challenges of the labor market in order to contribute to its growth, keep pace with the rapid changes and focus on priority sectors.

The strategy will be achieved through the development of guidance and empowerment training programs designed to improve capabilities of the citizens in line with the labor market, National Development Fund, and Kingdom's Vision 2030 strategies.

Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) Ahmad Al Rajhi said that the ministry will continue to develop human capital and motivate the private sector to contribute to localization as part of HADAF’s new strategy and identity.

He added that the strategy includes strengthening partnerships with community institutions, empowering national cadres and increasing their competitiveness and efficiency in the labor market.

The fund's strategy came as a result of many joint efforts with government agencies and the private sector and is in line with the labor market strategy and localization decisions and related policies, the minister stressed.

He pointed out that HADAF has contributed through its programs and initiatives to the growth of employment opportunties by more than 300% between 2019 and 2022.
