مجلس إدارة الرعاية المستقبلية التجارية يقرر تجزئة القيمة الاسمية للسهم من 10 ريالات إلى 0.1 ريال

Future Care Trading Co.'s board of directors recommended today, April 12, to divide the nominal value of the share from SAR 10 to SAR 0.1, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Accordingly, the total number of shares will increase to 500 million from 5 million.

 

The company is committed to completing the necessary related procedures and will announce relevant developments in due course. 

 

The recommendation is pending the approval of the upcoming extraordinary general meeting after satisfying the necessary requirements.
