Naseej submits rights issue application to CMA

Naseej International Trading Co. submitted, on April 13, a rights offering application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to raise its capital.

 

Any future updates will be announced in due course, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In March, Naseej’s board of directors updated a previous recommendation on increasing capital through a SAR 163.46 million instead of SAR 108.97 million rights issue, Argaam reported.
