International rig count falls 71 units in April: Baker Hughes

The international rig count decreased by 71 units month-on-month (MoM) in April to 1,808, data of energy services firm Baker Hughes showed.

 

The oil rigs in the Middle East fell by 14 units MoM to 337 units but rose 37 year-on-year (YoY).

 

The international rig count, except for the US and Canada, increased by 17 units MoM to 947.
