HRDF chips in with 96,000 jobs to citizens in Q1 2023

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) contributed to supporting the employment of 96,000 male and female citizens in the private sector during the first quarter of 2023 through its programs and initiatives, an increase of 26% over the same period in 2022.

 

The fund said in a tweet on its official Twitter account that 73,000 establishments benefited from the programs during the same period, with a growth rate of 30% year-on-year (YoY).

 

It also pointed out that the amounts spent on support programs amounted to SAR 2.2 billion during the same period, while 836,000 citizens benefited from empowerment, guidance and training services.
