AlKhaleej Training slated to issue Q1 results on June 14

AlKhaleej Training and Education Co. said its interim financial results for the period ended March 31, 2023, will be out on June 14, according to a Tadawul statement today, May 25.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Alkhaleej Training recently announced its inability to disclose Q1 2023 financials within the specified deadline, due to the delay in revealing 2022 earnings.

 

Trading of the company’s shares on the Saudi Exchaneg (Tadawul) was suspended for one trading session on May 24, before resuming trade for 20 sessions as of today.

 

AlKhaleej Training must publish the financial statements before the end of June 21, 2023. Otherwise, share trading will be resuspended starting June 22 until Q1 2023 earnings are announced.
