Tawuniya reappoints Alnowaiser as Chairman

The Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Tawuniya) board of directors on May 31 reappointed Abdulaziz Alnowaiser as Chairman for the new three-year term, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The Saudi insurer’s shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term ending on April 9, 2026, during the ordinary general meeting held on April 10, data available on Argaam showed.
