Al Razi Medical to make debut on Nomu today

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced listing and trading of Al Razi Medical Co.  shares on Nomu-Parallel Market today, June 22, with the symbol 9572, ISIN Code SA15R0E4LI18 at SAR 28. 

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively.

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved, on April 3, the application submitted by the company to register and offer shares on Nomu.

The company offered on June 4, a total of 304,000 shares, or 20% of its capital, for subscription at SAR 28 per share, with a coverage ratio of 2,320%. 

This is the 16th listing on Nomu in 2023, bringing the total to three direct listings and 13 offerings to qualified investors.

Nomu witnessed IPOs of 32 companies last year, divided into 13 direct listings and 18 offerings to qualified investors, in addition to one REIT.

Al Razi Medical’s listing will bring the total number of companies on Nomu to 61, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.
