Retal launches first project in Jeddah

Inauguration of the Sadayem Suburb in Jeddah

Jeddah Governor Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi inaugurated Sadayem Suburb in Jeddah, in which Retal Urban Development Co. will be one of the partners of National Housing Co. (NHC) in providing housing units for beneficiaries. 

The project is Retal’s first project in the Western region, the company said in a statement. 

NHC and Retal earlier signed an agreement to develop housing units in North Obhur in Sadayem Suburb. 

Sadayem Suburb will house more than 320 residential units within the master plan, covering an area of ​​more than 98,000 square meters. 

Retal aims to develop well-planned townships through Nesaj Town project, which aims to meet the requirements of the Saudi family. 

Retal’s CEO Abdullah Albraikan expressed the company's commitment to sharing its successful experiences across the Kingdom’s regions and developing housing projects that aligns with the aspirations of Jeddah society.
