Here’s a look into PIF's human capital

The Public Investment Fund (PIF) currently has 1,940 employees, divided into 1,601 Saudis and 339 non-Saudis.

 

According to PIF's annual report, there are 584 female employees and 1,356 male employees.

 

The sovereign fund works to develop human capital and invests in refining the technical and personal skills of its Saudi and non-Saudi employees to build their capabilities and bolster their performance. This is through a wide range of internal and external training and development programs.
