Red Sea says unable to publish H1 2023 financials on time

Red Sea International Co. announced that it is unable to disclose its financial results for the first six months of 2023 within the specified time, according to a Tadawul filing today, Aug. 13.

 

This is because the appointment of external auditors is still pending due to the delay in convening the ordinary general meeting (OGM).

 

The OGM is expected to be held on Aug. 16.

 

Once the appointment is approved by shareholders, the company will complete the audit requirements. It expects to publish the interim financial statements before Aug. 31, 2023.
