Tihama shareholders reject Reda Al-Haidar’s appointment as board member

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s shareholders rejected the board of directors’ decision to appoint Reda Al-Haidar as an independent board member in place of Asmaa Zain Fatani, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 23. 

 

Al-Haidar’s term was to start from May 29, 2023, until Oct. 13, 2024, the company said in a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The OGM agreed to amend the policies, standards, and procedures for board membership, Tihama stated.
