Clean Life sets IPO price at SAR 112/share on Nomu

Watheeq Capital, the financial advisor on the initial public offering (IPO) of Clean Life Co. on the Nomu-Parallel Market, stated that the offer price was set at SAR 112 per share.

The subscription will run from Oct. 1-5, according to a Tadawul statement.

In August, the company announced that it would float 300,000 shares, or 20% of its SAR 15 million capital, on Nomu, according to data available with Argaam.
