iOud debuts on Nomu today

Intelligent Oud Co.  (iOud) shares will be listed and begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market as of today, Oct. 2, under the symbol 9579 and ISIN code SA15SGOKLLH9, at SAR 49 per share.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively.

 

The company floated 325,000 shares, representing 20% its capital, to qualified investors. The offering was 1,983.63% oversubscribed.

 

 iOud’s IPO will take the number of listings on Nomu to 23 in 2023, including five direct offerings and 18 offerings for qualified investors.

 

Nomu saw 32 IPOs last year, including 13 direct listings, 18 offerings for qualified investors and a real estate investment traded fund.

 

iOud’s debut brings the total number of Nomu listings to 67, in addition to Alwaha REIT Fund.
