Aqaseem major shareholder wants to transfer partial stake to Sariya Al-Shamal

Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Co. announced that Diyar Al Baida Co., a major shareholder, filed a request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to transfer a partial stake in the former (60,600 shares), to Sariya Al-Shamal Trading Co., according to a statement to Tadawul today, Oct. 11. 

 

The equity transfer is for the purpose of a merger and restructuring between the two companies, which are owned by the same owners, Aqaseem added. 

 

If the transfer process takes place, it will result in a change in the ownership of its major shareholders, the company added.
