MOBI board declares quarterly dividend policy

MOBI Industry Co. declared, on Nov. 8, a fixed quarterly dividend policy, starting from Q3 2023.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, MOBI pointed out that the total cash dividend amount will be announced quarterly — declared by the board based on the shareholders’ authorization or recommended to shareholders by the board. This will be based on the company’s financial performance and the available liquidity.

 

The policy is subject to change in the event of any fundamental change in the company’s activity, obligations, or financial results, the statement added.
