Armah Sports debuts on Nomu today

Shares of Armah Sports Co. will be listed and start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market today, Nov. 30, under the trading symbol 9590 and ISIN Code SA15TGE4LR12, at SAR 28 per share.

The stock will trade with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively.

Armah Sports floated on Nomu 4.93 million shares, representing 15% of its post-IPO share capital. The offering was 404% oversubscribed, according to data available on Argaam.

Armah Sports’ IPO took the number of Nomu listings to 32 in 2023, including six direct offerings and 26 offerings for qualified investors.

Nomu saw 32 IPOs last year, including 13 direct listings, 18 offerings for qualified investors, and a real estate investment fund.

With the listing of Armah Sports, the number of companies listed on Nomu reached 76, in addition to one real estate fund, Alwaha REIT Fund.
