Jabal Omar receives license to operate second tower of Address hotel in Makkah

Jabal Omar Development Co. received on Dec. 4 a license from the Ministry of Tourism to operate the second tower of the five-star Jabal Omar Address Hotel in Makkah.

In a statement to Tadawul, the developer said the hotel includes 742 modern rooms and suites, two restaurants, a café, meeting rooms, a business center, an executive lounge, multi-use halls, a health club, and commercial spaces.

Jabal Omar Address Hotel consists of two towers. Each tower contains 44 hotel floors and a helipad. The two towers are connected by the highest hanging mosque in the world overlooking the Holy Kaaba.

The operation of the second tower will likely have a positive financial impact on the company's revenues in 2024, the statement noted.

In May, the company announced it had received the Ministry of Tourism’s license to operate the first tower of Jabal Omar Address Hotel in Makkah, Argaam earlier reported.
