Halwani Bros renews SAR 150M credit facility with BSF

Halwani Bros. Co. renewed today, Dec. 5, a Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement worth SAR 150 million with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).

 

The facility, which is renewable every year, aims to finance the company’s working capital, with the funding duration until October 2024, the company said in a statement.

 

The financing is guaranteed by a promissory note covering the entire facilities amount. There are no related parties to the agreement, the statement added.
