IHR forms board of directors, Audit Committee

International Human Resources Co. (IHR) on Dec. 27 announced the formation of its board of directors for the coming four-year term starting Dec. 26, 2023, after the ordinary general meeting held on Dec. 12 approved the members, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

The board members are Adel Al-Jarbou (Chairman), Al-Muhannad Al-Shathri (Vice Chairman), Ali Al-Harbi (Managing Director & CEO), Muhammad Al Hazza, Badr Al-Shathri, Zaid Al-Kathiri, and Falah Al-Harbi.

 

Abdulelah Alshdoukhi was named Secretary and Secretary of the board.

 

In addition, IHR formed the Audit and Risk Committee for the new session, starting from Dec. 26, 2023, until the end of the session. The committee includes Ali Al Hammam (Chairman), Azzam Al-Alawi, and Abdulaziz Al-Mulhim.
