2P signs SAR 45M contract with King Saud University

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) signed a contract for the operation and maintenance of the health Information system of King Saud University at a total value of SAR 45.02 million, including VAT. 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company noted that the contract has a term of 36 months, indicating that the project aims to renew the electronic health system and provide operational services, knowledge transfer and professional services.  

The scope of the contract includes support services solution subscriptions and support services for licenses software, sub-licenses software, professional services, application management (AMS), operation management (OMS), as well as support services knowledge transfer and providing specialized professionals onsite. 

The financial impact is expected to reflect on revenues from 2024 to 2026, the statement added.  

The value of the contract was reduced from the one announced in the award based on the letter sent by the Bid Examination Committee to comply with the approved budget for the project. This comes in line with the directives of the Digital Governance Authority and the Spending Efficiency Authority.
