The board of Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) appointed, on Jan. 20, Yahya Mubaraki as CEO, effective April 1.
Mubaraki is one of the distinguished young Saudi talents. He holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences from the College of Agriculture, King Saud University, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
He has extensive experience in managing agricultural projects for more than 20 years. He currently serves as Vice CEO of TADCO. He has taken many courses in strategies, governance and modern technologies in irrigation, food quality and safety.
He is a member of many committees and work teams, including the Seed Producers Committee at the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. He also serves as a board member in other companies and participates in many conferences and scientific courses inside and outside the Kingdom.
In December 2023, TADCO’s board decided not to renew the contract of CEO Fahd Al Samih, upon his request. Samih will remain in office until March 31, 2024.
