Saudi Enaya elects board members for new 3-year term

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved electing board members for the coming three-year term, starting Jan. 22, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Jan. 21, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board members are Khalid Gama, Abdulrahman Khalil Tolfat, Khalid Al Dahri, Sultan AbdulRaouf, Muhammad al-Dar and Paul Glen Schultz among others.
