Group Five signs SAR 30M contract with Aramco

Group Five Pipe Saudi Co. signed a two-month contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) at a value exceeding SAR 30 million, including VAT.

 

The deal includes manufacturing and supplying spiral-welded steel pipes for one of the projects owned by Aramco, the pipe manufacturer said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financial impact is expected to reflect on the company’s results starting from Q3 2024, the statement noted, indicating there are no related parties to the deal.
