Quara Finance sets price range for IPO on Nomu between SAR 13-15/shr

Quara Finance Co. set the price range for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market between SAR 13 and SAR 15 per share, said Riyad Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager of the offering.

 

The book-building process for qualified investors will run from Feb. 4-8, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

The company plans to sell 2.65 million shares, or 8.83% of its SAR 200 million capital, which is divided into 30 million shares, Argaam earlier reported.
