Clean Life buys commercial land plot for SAR 4.5M

Clean Life Co. purchased a commercial land plot for SAR 4.5 million from Abdullah Mohammed Alsabah. The 1,500 square meter-land plot is located in Ar-Rimal district, Riyadh.

 

The company will build worker accommodation, it said in a statement to Tadawul, adding that the deal will be self-financed.

 

The deal is expected to boost the company’s asset value and reduce leasing costs, Clean Life said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
