Alkhaleej Training names Abdulaziz Al Rashed as Chairman, Nayef Al Rajhi as Vice Chair

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s board of directors decided in its first meeting today, Feb. 12, to appoint Abdulaziz Al Rashed (non-executive member) as Chairman and Nayef Al Rajhi (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also approved the formation of the audit, the nominations & remunerations, and the executive committees.

 

The audit committee will be chaired by Abdullah Al-Husseini (non-executive member). Abdul Karim Al Najidi (independent member), Nabil Shuaib (external board member), and Khaled Al-Eid (external board member) will serve as committee members.

 

The nominations & remunerations committee will be led by Abdul Malik Al-Sheikh (independent member), with Abdullah Al-Husseini (non-executive member), Al-Waleed Al-Duraian (non-executive member), and Mohammed Al-Quraisha (independent member) as committee members.

 

The executive committee will be chaired by Nayef Al Rajhi. Meanwhile, committee members are Abdulaziz Al Rashed, Al-Waleed Al-Duraian (non-executive member), Abdul Karim Al Najidi (independent member), and Hatem Al-Duraian (CEO).

 

The board also approved the appointment of Adel Amin Othman as the board’s secretary. It also nodded to the designation of the company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa), the statement added.
