Bahri extends MoU with Ajlan & Bros

National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) renewed today, Feb. 14, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ajlan & Bros Holding Group for a partnership to create a new company focused on owning and operating various ship models.

 

The MoU is extended with the same previous terms and conditions and will be automatically extended at the expiry of each term, unless either party gives due advance notice to the other of termination, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Bahri signed the MoU with Ajlan & Bros on Dec. 12, 2022, and extended it for another six months in August 2023.
