According to data compiled by Argaam, 101,200 Saudi Cable shares, or 1.5% of the company's total 6.7 million shares, were traded in OTC deals after Tadawul approved the company's request to trade its shares over the counter on Aug. 23, 2023.

 

A trading halt was placed on the company’s shares as of May 9, 2022, as the company failed to disclose financial statements for the year ended on Dec. 31, 2021. This suspension continued due to the delay in publishing financials for the following periods as well.

 

The company's shares closed at SAR 57.20 in the last trading session.
