GASCO board says subsidiaries will launch activities

National Gas and Industrialization Co. headquarters

National Gas and Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) board of directors gave the green light on March 10 for subsidiaries to launch operations after obtaining a license from the Ministry of Energy.

 

These subsidiaries are Khazeen Company, which will operate in gas storage and filling activity, Tazweed Company, for bulk gas distribution activity, and JAL Company for liquids and gas transportation activity, GASCO said in a statement to Tadawul.
