WAJA names Ibrahim Abdulsalam Chairman, Mohammed Al-Sharif as Vice Chair

Waja Co.’s newly elected board of directors, in its meeting held today, March 24, appointed Ibrahim Abdulsalam as Chairman. It also named Mohammed Al-Sharif as Vice Chairman and Sultan Al-Anazi as Board Secretary, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also announced the formation of the audit committee, headed by Mohammed Al-Sharif and including Nasser Al-Suhail and Abdullah Al-Sharif as members.

 

In addition, it named Ibrahim Abdullah Abdulsalam and Mohammed Al-Hindawi as representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. (Tadawul Group).
