Alkhaleej Training board proposes withholding dividends for 2023

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.'s board of directors recommended today, March 25, withholding the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The move is seen to help Alkhaleej Training focus on acquisitions and expansions in the education sector, supporting the provision of the necessary funding and bolstering the company's financial position, it added.
