CMA approves registration of 3 firms for direct listing on Nomu

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved applications by three companies to register shares for direct listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

These companies are Naas Petrol Factory Co., Miral Dental Group and Arabian United Float Glass Co. (UFG).

 

The offer will be confined to qualified investors stipulated in the glossary of defined terms used in the regulations and rules of the CMA. The registration documents will be published within sufficient time prior to the start of the offering.

The CMA's approval is valid for six months. It is deemed cancelled if the offering and listing are not completed within this period.
