Farm Superstores board proposes not to pay dividend for 2023

The board of directors of Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) recommended today, March 28, paying no dividend for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The recommendation aims to support and strengthen the company's financial position and its expansion, in addition to the upgrades and renovations for the existing branches.

The recommendation will be presented for voting during the company's next general assembly meeting, the date of which will be determined later after taking approval from official authorities.
