KEIR International Co.’s board of directors recommended, on March 30, a 7.5% cash dividend, or SAR 0.075 per share, for 2023, the company said in a Tadawul statement.
The total value of the dividends amounts to SAR 9 million (SAR 4.82 million from the annual profit and SAR 4.18 million from retained earnings).
