Alujain’s board proposes dividend freeze for 2023

Alujain Corp.’s board of directors recommended withholding the payment of cash dividends for 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, March 31.

 

The dividend freeze recommendation is aimed at helping the company finance its new projects and support its financial position, in accordance with its updated strategy.
