Ofaq names Emkan to advise on Nomu listing

Ofaq Business for Recruitment (Ofaq), in a strategic agreement, signed Emkan Alarabiya as financial advisor for its share listing on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

Ofaq’s scope of work includes mediation activities of recruitment agencies as well as services for expats.

 

The domestic workers segment is constantly developing in line with Saudi Vision 2030, Ofaq CEO Saud Al Qadi said, adding that the company will capitalize on the strategic agreement with Emkan to fulfil aspirations and implement the governance criteria.

 

Emkan is a licensed financial institution that provides consulting and financing services, namely, arranging the initial public offerings (IPOs), private placements in addition to the crowd funding and the debt instruments’ offerings.
