GOSI seeks public input on amendment to Article 14 of Civil Pension Law

The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) invited the public and those interested to express their views and observations regarding the draft amendment to Article 14 of the Civil Pension Law via the “Istitlaa” platform until May 6, 2024.

The project aims to add a regulation to Article 14 of the Civil Pension Law, stipulating the maximum limit for the entire basic salary based on which deductions and similar share are calculated to be SAR 45,000 per month.

This limit may be amended by a decision of the Saudi Cabinet – based on the recommendation of GOSI’s board of directors, according to the review of salary levels and the results of actuarial studies.
