2P raises, renews credit facility deal with SAB

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) announced raising and renewing a Shariah-compliant credit facility deal with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB).

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, April 15, the company said the SAR 80 million financing is valid until Dec. 31, 2024, and is secured by a promissory note covering the full credit amount.
 
It will be used to finance newly awarded projects and issuing letters of guarantees, credit and invoice financing.
 
No related parties are involved in the deal, the company said.
