Nama Chemicals signs financing agreement of up to $45M

Nama Chemicals Co. signed on April 25 a Murabaha financing agreement of up to $45 million with AIS Company, which falls under the regulation of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

 

The agreement term is two years. The funds will be used to finance working capital, Nama said in a statement to Tadawul, adding that there are no related parties.
