Miahona sets SAR 10.5-11.5 price range for IPO on TASI

Miahona Co. set today, April 29, the price range between SAR 10.5 and SAR 11.5 per share for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), according to lead manager Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC), and, joint financial advisors, bookrunners and underwriters SFC and EFG Hermes KSA.

The offer price will be set following the book-building process, which will run from April 29 to May 2 for participating parties.

 

Miahona plans to offer 48.3 million shares, or a 30% stake, on TASI, Argaam earlier reported. The nominal value is SAR 1 per share.

 

Retail subscribers will be allotted a maximum of 9.66 million shares, or 20% of the total shares on offer.
