CATRION Catering Holding Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board to pay interim dividend for 2024 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
The approval came during the ordinary general meeting held on April 30, according to a Tadawul statement.
In addition, shareholders approved all agenda items.
CATRION paid a 21% dividend for 2023, at SAR 2.1 a share, according to data available with Argaam.
