Edaa applies securities quantity Increase for Bank Albilad

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced implementing a securities quantity increase for Bank Albilad on accounts of eligible shareholders today, May 2, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Bank AlJazira’s shareholders earlier approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital from SAR 10 billion to SAR 12.5 billion, through issuing one bonus share for every four shares held, Argaam reported.
